Crafted from exceptionally soft and fine 17 micron Australian merino wool, woven in Italy for luxurious comfort. Cut with a relaxed, roomier leg with a gentle taper towards the ankle.
This Pleated version is designed with a considered pleat down the front of each leg and a turned up hem for a sartorial update.

Founded in 1840, the Lal Lal Estate spans 2,000 hectares as a dedicated merino station, serving only a select group of clients. We are honored to be among Lal Lal's exclusive partners—a reflection of our shared commitment to safeguarding sheep welfare and advancing low-impact wool production practices.
RWS Wool
Wool is a hard wearing and versatile fibre that is sourced from various locations around the world and is generally seen to have a high impact footprint, however due to its versatile nature is used to make durable and long lasting garments which should have a lower impact per wear over their lifetime as long as they are cared for correctly.
We aim to source all our wool from RWS certified farmers and where this is not possible we source from farms that do not practice mulesing.
Wool is an extremely versatile fibre and has anti-microbial properties requiring less frequent washing and therefore a longer lifespan. We believe that natural fibres such as wool, when farmed responsibly, can be an inherently low impact solution.

This is the fabric production stage including the construction and dyeing of the fabrics and trims. This is usually where most of the carbon intensity is found as large amounts of energy are required for the production of fabrics. We currently have 88% visibility of the suppliers involved at this stage for our main fabrics.

This is where the fibres are spun into yarns, prior to being manufactured into fabrics. This stage is energy intensive and is often done in a unit separate to the tier 2 production. We currently have 47% visibility of the suppliers involved at this stage for our main fabrics.

Depending on the fibre type, this is where fibres are grown, farmed, or manufactured. It is often very difficult to trace the supply chain to this tier however we currently have 25% visibility of the suppliers involved at this stage for our main fabrics.
