Holiday Gifting Returns & Exchange Policy
Returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days. After 30 days, store credit will be issued for returns until January 12, 2025.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 30-day returns policy where garments can be refunded or exchanged. All garments must be in a resellable condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached.
Underwear and Re_Fresh Tablets are excluded and are non-refundable or exchangeable. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.
Returns and exchanges are also accepted at any of our stores.
Exchange orders will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
If you are returning an exchange order for a refund, the refund will be credited to the account that was used to place the original order.
What is Checkout Plus?
Checkout Plus is an optional add-on at checkout that covers your return shipping. If you added it to your order, returns and exchanges are free — no fee is deducted from your refund, and you'll see the covered label automatically in the returns portal. On average, customers save more than the cost of Checkout Plus on a single return.

If your order is shipping anywhere outside these regions, Checkout Plus won't appear at checkout and we're unable to provide a prepaid label through the returns portal. You're still very welcome to return your order within 30 days — you'll just need to arrange and pay for return shipping yourself using a carrier of your choice, as this is usually the quickest and most cost-effective option from your location. Please use a tracked service and email us the tracking number so we can look out for your parcel.

Where are exchanges available?
Exchanges are available on orders in the UK and EU. If you're outside the UK or EU, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you'd like — this gets your replacement to you far quicker than sending it across borders.
How much does an order exchange cost?
Free with Checkout Plus. Without it, the same rates as above apply. Your exchange order is always shipped to you at no additional cost.

How long does return processing take?
All returns take up to 7 business days to be processed after arriving at our warehouse.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If a refund is due, it may then take a further few business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
