We want to make sure that your expectations are exceeded. However, if you require a refund or exchange for any reason, please follow the instructions below. For assistance with requesting a refund or exchange, please contact our Concierge team here.

What is your returns policy?

We have now updated our return period from 30 to 60 days due to COVID-19 from the date your order was delivered for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached. Masks are excluded and are non-refundable or exchangeable.

You will be credited on the original payment method used. This may take up to 5-7 working days to appear on your statement.

How do I arrange a return?

United Kingdom Customers
— Returns for UK residents are free.

To return an item(s):

  • Simply fill out this form to arrange your return or exchange.
  • You will then receive an email containing further instructions. For our UK customers, we use DPD and Royal Mail.
  • For DPD, please print the provided label (which will be emailed to you after you complete the form), attach it to the parcel and drop it off at your local store. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping.
  • For Royal Mail, you will need to package up your parcel and take it with the provided QR Code to a Royal Mail Post Office branch or Royal Mail Customer Service point that offers a label printing service. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping.
  • We will then send you an email once we have received and processed your return.
  • If you’d like to return it to our retail store, then please do so but please also fill out the form otherwise it cannot be accepted. Our address is: L’Estrange London, 27 Neal Street, London, WC2H 9PR.

 

International Customers
— Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To return an item(s):

  • Simply fill out this form to arrange your return or exchange.
  • You will be asked to return the item to our studio via Recorded Delivery using a courier of your choice. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping and enter the tracking number in your Account.
  • We will then send you an email once we have received and processed your return.

What is your exchange policy?

We have now updated our cut off period from 30 to 60 days due to COVID-19.

All exchanges are based on stock availability. We are able to offer an exchange for style and size, however if the exchanged style is more or less than the original item, you will be charged or credited accordingly. We reserve the right to not refund the difference in price if you exchange any full priced item(s) for a discounted item(s).

All garments must be in a resellable condition, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached, presented in their original packaging.

United Kingdom Customers
— Exchanges for UK residents are free.

To exchange an item(s):

  • Simply fill out this form to arrange your return or exchange.
  • You will then receive an email containing further instructions. For our UK customers we use DPD, therefore please print the provided label (which will be emailed to you after you complete the form), attach it to the parcel and drop it off at your local store. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping.
  • We will then send you an email once we have received and processed your exchange.

International Customers
— Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will, however, ship your replacement to you at no extra cost

To exchange an item(s):

  • You will then be emailed with our return address and further instructions. You will be asked to return the item to our studio via Recorded Delivery using a courier of your choice. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping.
  • We will then send you an email once we have processed and dispatched your exchange.
