Wrong order - returns process
Item = great - repeat order. Would be odd to order if not great first time considering the fact it is not a “bargain” or “steal”. I have 6 pairs now - all black and one grey.
Returns process - first of all this was no fault of the company. All my fault. Ordered two pairs of trousers, same model, different cloth, two different sizes = stupid me.
Suggestion - the app should pick on these quite silly mistakes by your customers (or maybe it is only me) and ask the question if the person has intentionally ordered two different sizes of the same product.
Returns process - very good. Used QR code. Had to travel. Asked my wife to return. QR code could be forwarded without any issues etc.
Only suggestion is can you send a reminder of receipt of goods and in process. I did not mind since I was on the road and had largely forgotten about it until I returned. Yet, when I did think about it on my return I was slightly concerned. Not concerned about it to email though.
