Covid-19

With the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we know that this has been a difficult period for our community around the world. Whilst our team at head office is now working remotely, L’Estrange is operating as usual to help you make your online orders. We will be updating you regularly, and continuing to add further information to this page including what this means for our store, your orders and delivery times.

Are your stores open?

Our stores are open from Monday, 12th of April. As part of this, we have implemented the safety measures below:
  • Only 3 groups of customers will be allowed in the store at a time
  • Hand sanitiser will be on display, and all staff will be required to wear masks and gloves
  • Changing rooms will be wiped down regularly, and clothes that have been tried on will be steamed and hung separately for 72 hours.
  • All returned items will be steamed and hung separately for 72 hours before being put back into stock
  • We will only accept card payments
We would highly encourage you to make an appointment with us at the store in order to explore our wardrobe and get any help or styling advice. Make an appointment here.

Due to COVID-19, will there be a delay to my order?

Despite COVID-19, we are shipping orders as usual. Our warehouse is working hard to dispatch orders as quickly as possible but it may take longer during busy periods. All delivery services are fully in operation but please allow extra time for your order to arrive.

Due to COVID-19, my return might not make it back to you before the 30 day cut off period due to courier delays, what will happen?

We have now updated our cut off period to 60 days. We will also take into consideration affected areas and courier delays when accepting returned goods. We are liaising with our global returns provider ZigZag daily about delays and issues affected by COVID-19.
