This mindset goes beyond how we use clothes. We design for longevity not for seasons, utilise only renewable or recycled materials and invest heavily developing our own custom fabricsl. Last year, we also introduced our Lifecare program, helping you to lengthen the life of garments, repairing any damaged products for free and recycling old items through our brand partner ReGain.

L’Estrange decided to cut out the middleman and go direct to consumer in 2017. Since then we’ve grown fast with 3x YoY growth from a strong community of brand advocates.

The brand has been championed by major UK publications including GQ, the Telegraph, The Times who named L’Estrange “the new smart casual” and Business Insider who named us in their 10 Sustainable Brands to Watch in 2020.



We are on the hunt for an analytical talent to lead all our digital channels at L’Estrange London.

The role will be responsible for scaling growth through new and existing channels with the clear objective of maintaining low CACs and driving LTV

We are looking for a store manager and sales assistant. Part time and full time positions available.

L’Estrange London, is seeking an incredible, motivated, and entrepreneurial Retail Manager to join our team. As we look to create a true experience of our brand in the physical world, we need an ambitious retailer to take on the management of what will be a growing portfolio of retail stores. In partnership with the co-founders, we will be constantly testing, learning, improving and developing our approach to retail and it is up to you to shape this.

We are looking for a self-starter who can be hands-on to support the needs of opening new retail spaces but who can equally zoom out and see the broader strategy of what is being built and drive your newly created team towards this.
