Returns

We want to make sure that your expectations are succeeded. However, if you require a refund or exchange for any reason, please follow the instructions below. If you require any assistance with requesting a refund or exchange, please email us.

What is your returns policy?

We will provide refund for any items within 14 days from the date your order was delivered for a full refund. You will be credited on the original payment method used. This may take 2-3 working days to appear on your statement.

We reserve the right to reject the request of a return if we believe your intent is to purchase the same item(s) at a discounted price.
All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached, presented in their original packaging. We will not issue a refund if the items show any signs of wear or are damaged, soiled or altered. We do not take responsibility for items until we receive them. Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.

What if my item(s) are damaged or incorrect?

If you have received damaged or incorrect item(s), please email us as soon as possible with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number in the subject line. We will respond to you on the same day if your email is received during business hours.

How do I arrange a return?

United Kingdom Customers
— Returns for UK residents are free.

To return an item(s):

  • Sign into your account and select the order containing the items you would like to return.
  • Click on the ‘Request Return/Exchange’ button and choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. 
  • You will then receive an email containing further instructions. For our UK customers we use Collect+, therefore please print the provided label (which can be found in your Account), attach it to the parcel and drop it off at your local store. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping.
  • We will then send you an email once we have received and processed your return. 

International Customers
— Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To return an item(s):

  • Sign into your account and select the order containing the items you would like to return.
  • Click on the ‘Request Return/Exchange’ button and choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back.
  • You will then be emailed with our return address and further instructions. You will be asked to return the item to our studio via Recorded Delivery using a courier of your choice. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping and enter the tracking number in your Account.
  • We will then send you an email once we have received and processed your return.
What is your exchange policy?

We will exchange any full-priced items within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. All promotional items are eligible for an exchange after 14 days of receipt.

All exchanges are based on stock availability. We are able to offer an exchange for style and size, however if the exchanged style is more or less than the original item, you will be charged or credited accordingly. We reserve the right to not refund the difference in price if you exchange any full priced item(s) for a discounted item(s).

All garments must be in a resellable condition, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached, presented in their original packaging. We will not issue an exchange if the items show any signs of wear or are damaged, soiled or altered. We do not take responsibility for items until we receive them. Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.

Please note that we will not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at any third party retailer (Saks Fifth Avenue, Opumo, Shop at Bluebird…etc.). We recommend getting in contact with the store directly if you have any questions or concerns.

How do I arrange an exchange?

United Kingdom Customers
— Exchanges for UK residents are free.

To exchange an item(s):

  • Sign into your account and under ‘My Orders’, select the order number containing the items you would like to exchange.
  • Click on the ‘Create an Exchange’ button and choose the reason why you want to exchange your item(s).
  • Tick the box to agree with our Exchange Policy.
  • One of our customer team will then receive an email containing your Collect Plus label. Print the provided label(s), attach it to the parcel and drop it off at your local store. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping.
  • We will then send you an email once we have processed and dispatched your exchange.

International Customers
— Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will, however, ship your replacement to you at no extra cost

To exchange an item(s):

  • Click on the ‘Create an Exchange’ button and choose the reason why you want to exchange your item(s).
  • Tick the box to agree with our Exchange Policy.
  • You will then be emailed with our return address and further instructions. You will be asked to return the item to our studio via Recorded Delivery using a courier of your choice. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping.
  • We will then send you an email once we have processed and dispatched your exchange.
