We want to make sure that your expectations are exceeded. However, if you require a refund or exchange for any reason, please follow the instructions below. For assistance with requesting a refund or exchange, please contact our Concierge team here.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Over the Christmas period, we will be accepting any returns bought after the 25th November 2019 online or in store, for a full refund or exchange until 31st January 2020.

What is your returns policy?

We will provide refund for any items within 30 days from the date your order was delivered for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

We provide a Collect+ shipping label so can return items in the UK free of charge.

All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached.

You will be credited on the original payment method used. This may take up to 5-7  working days to appear on your statement.

What if my item(s) are damaged or incorrect?

If you have received damaged or incorrect item(s), please email us as soon as possible with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number in the subject line. We will respond to you on the same day if your email is received during business hours.

How do I arrange a return?

United Kingdom Customers
— Returns for UK residents are free.

To return an item(s):

  • Simply fill out this form to arrange your return or exchange.
  • You will then receive an email containing further instructions. For our UK customers we use Collect+, therefore please print the provided label (which will be emailed to you after you complete the form), attach it to the parcel and drop it off at your local store. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping.
  • We will then send you an email once we have received and processed your return.
  • If you’d like to return it to our retail store, then please do so but please also fill out the form otherwise It cannot be accepted. Our address is: L’Estrange London, 27 Neal Street, London, WC2H 9PR.

International Customers
— Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To return an item(s):

  • Simply fill out this form to arrange your return or exchange.
  • You will be asked to return the item to our studio via Recorded Delivery using a courier of your choice. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping and enter the tracking number in your Account.
  • We will then send you an email once we have received and processed your return.
What is your exchange policy?

We will exchange any full-priced items within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. All promotional items are eligible for an exchange after 30 days of receipt.

All exchanges are based on stock availability. We are able to offer an exchange for style and size, however if the exchanged style is more or less than the original item, you will be charged or credited accordingly. We reserve the right to not refund the difference in price if you exchange any full priced item(s) for a discounted item(s).

All garments must be in a resellable condition, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached, presented in their original packaging.

International Customers
