Returns Policy:
We have a 30 day returns policy where garments can be refunded or exchanged. All garments must be in a resellable condition, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached.
Underwear and Re_Fresh Tablets are excluded and are non-refundable or exchangeable. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.

A limited run of garments that have been returned with imperfections or have not passed our factory quality checks. Instead of ending up in landfill, we've repaired, cleaned and repriced them according to the following:
Tier 1 - As good as new / Tier 2 - Lightly worn, small signs of wear from a previous life not immediately noticeable.
Minor imperfections like a replaced zip or extra stitching may be noticed across both tiers.

We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order. Sometimes further security checks will be needed to verify payment and this may delay an order. We will contact you if there is a delay or if an item is out of stock.
Delivery times are guidelines only. Whilst we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time frame.
For the UK, we will endeavour to send all orders the same day if ordered before our cut-off time of 1PM GMT, and 10AM GMT for International destinations. If ordering after this time, we will endeavour to dispatch your order the next business day.
